Agri-Food Education Program
At Fengshya Elementary School, we are learning about food and farming in fun ways. In this activity, students from all grades had the chance to get creative and learn by doing.
For grades 1 to 4, students joined the "Big Discoveries from Tiny Seeds" art class. They used things from nature and simple materials to turn small seeds into beautiful and fun works of art. It was exciting to see how something so small could become something special.
For grades 5 to 6, students joined the "From Farm to Table" cooking class. They learned where food comes from and how to make healthy meals. Using guavas from Puxin and vegetables from our school garden, they made a new kind of sandwich called the Guava Veggie Burger. It was tasty, healthy, and full of local flavors!
食農教育課程
在鳳霞國小,我們用有趣的方式學習關於食物和農業的知識。這次的活動中,各年級的學生都有機會動手做、開心學。
一至四年級的學生參加了「小種子大發現」美術課程。他們利用大自然中的小東西和簡單的材料,把不起眼的小種子變成美麗又有趣的藝術作品。大家都很驚喜,原來小小的種子也能這麼特別!
五至六年級的學生參加了「農情食課-從產地到餐桌」料理課。他們學習食物從哪裡來,也學會做健康的料理。用埔心的芭樂和學校菜園的蔬菜,他們做出創意料理「芭樂鮮蔬堡」,不但好吃又健康,還吃得到在地的好味道!
