At Fengshya Elementary School, we have a special school-based curriculum all about mangoes!

In our agri-food education program, students learn by doing. Through fun activities, they get to know our school’s special fruit tree—the native mango. They also learn about Jinmi Mango, a famous local fruit from Puxin.

From grade 1 to grade 6, students explore mangoes step by step. They learn about how mangoes look, the different kinds, when they grow, and the stories behind them.

These lessons help students love their hometown, care about the environment, and understand the ideas of friendly farming and not wasting food.
